This is a super easy way to make french toast for your little ones.  The banana makes it sweet enough you don’t need any syrup or anything and Michaela really enjoys it.


I beat two eggs (makes enough for me and Michaela) with a little cinnamon, and I add one mashed banana so there are little banana chunks in it.

I fry them in a pan with a little coconut oil.  Till golden on each side.

I eat mine with some Maple Syrup but Michaela doesn’t eat it with that yet.  No bother if she doesn’t know what she’s missing.  This morning I put some watermelon and some peach yogurt with hers.  She didn’t really touch the yogurt.  I don’t think she is a fan of peaches.
